When Pilecap, Inc. uses agents, contractors or other companies to perform services on its behalf, Pilecap, Inc. will ask that they protect your personally identifiable information consistent with this Policy.

Responses to Email Inquiries:
When Visitors send email inquiries to Pilecap, Inc., the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. Pilecap, Inc. may  use the return email address for follow up contact at Pilecap Inc. discretion.  Pilecap Inc. does not share the return email address with any third party for this purpose.

Improper Conduct:
Pilecap Inc. complies with the law. Pilecap, Inc. may turn over customer identifiable information to law enforcement agencies to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the network or otherwise violates the customer agreement for service if Pilecap Inc. is presented with the legal obligation from such agencies to do so.
