Services
Pilecap Inc.
has developed a new
advanced technology using industrial components that have
the ability to clean your piles in half the time it takes a
diver to annually clean them. This revolutionized the
cleaning system is controlled completely by computer, so the
technician can set the pressure, flow, and distance from the
pile and leave the pile to virtually clean by itself.
Pilecap's Automated Blasting System guarantees to clean your
piles without harming the pile. Effective, Efficient, and
Safe.
Below you will find a list of
the services that we provide you. The first is an inspection
service to find what other services you require. The other
three are various repair techniques that are unique to
Pilecap, including our patented Encapsulation and Perma-Pile
systems.

to the systems shown below to see a more detailed view of
the process:
-
Corrosion
Prevention Utilizing Pilecap's patented
structural friction coupler technology, the Perma-Pile
system is designed to protect the tape wrap in every
environment. Perma-Pile is designed especially for
protection against hydraulic activity, ice buildup,
debris, and salt water. Pilecap's Perma-Pile technology
uses a proprietary coating system to pre-coat quarter
inch steel jackets that can be engineered for any size
or shape including H-Piles.

Pilecap
Underwater Pile Inspection is unique because we inspect
only piling. Focusing on piling specifically helps you
make the right assessment of your underwater piling
condition. Our engineering and diving staff have years
of experience inspecting piles.
-
Underwater
Pile Encapsulation System (U. S. Patent No. 5,226,751)
is the only system in the world that allows for a
control of the environment underwater. A perfect surface
preparation is achieved every time, therefore an
intimate bond is created between the structure and
coating in the splash zone or underwater.
-
The
Pilepup System (U. S. Patent No. 5,813,800) is a system
that allows for a deteriorated or structurally damaged
portion of pile to be replaced with a new section and
reloaded back to original design specifications. The new
section can be made of any material. Wood can be
replaced with steel! The new assembly section will meet
or exceed original pile specifications. This system can
also be installed to return structural integrity back to
an existing pile. The system can also be removed and
reinstalled on another application.
-
The
Pilecoat System utilizes general construction methods to
create a dry environment below the waterline so that the
Pilecoat coating can be sprayed on the structure. This
system works great on sheet pile. This system can also
be applied prior to installation of any type of marine
structure.
